I ordered Ragout Mexico (it's a dish with chicken, coconut milk ,mais , bellpepper and chicken curry) for take out, And I'm shock that there's only 2 small pcs of chicken, (you can see in the picture) on it and I think it's not fair for the price.
Unfortunately this IS NOT MEXICAN FOOD, is the classic TeX-MEX that is long far away from the original Mexican cuisine, This is just a vulgar attempt to emulate it. Even if we are very strict the restaurant is cheating the customer as they are not selling what they are offering, and this by law must be punished. The worst thing is that people tha are trying this fake food are going home with a totally wrong idea of how are made and the flavor of the original & traditional Mexican dishes.
Loved the Food and Ambience. We went there on a weekday and the order was prepared and served in 15 min. They have special discounts on certain days of the week. They serve good Burgers as well. Alhough its Mexican, they still have Schnitzel on their menu for Schnitzel lovers :-)
We went to the restaurant yesterday. Didn’t actually wanted to eat, but my 2 years old was hungry, so decided that we all grab a bite. I instantly ordered food for my two years old, after five minutes we ordered as well. Mine and husbands food came, and after waiting for more than 15 minutes we finally asked where is the food of the toddler, as she is hungry. They said it’s on the way, but it literally took them 40 minutes to bring my baby’s food which we ordered in the first 2 minutes when we entered. At that point my toddler had already eaten my chips, so didn’t touched her food at all. We really couldn’t enjoy the food, as my toddler didn’t have anything to eat( except chips from my plate)
We asked the waiter to bring us a box to take away the baby’s food, as they took ages to bring hers, to which he brought the box and WAS NOT AT ALL EMPATHETIC OR APOLOGETIC. I know it’s not his fault but he didn’t show us any sort or empathy, that my 2 years old food came when we all had eaten., . and when we confronted him, he just said “ja, ich weiß” I asked him to at least make sure that childrens food should come first. To which he said “NO”. we paid the money and went home. My daughter ate some chips at home, and vomited at once, as the potato’s were uncooked. So in general, really really bad food and service and the staff is super unfriendly. Would never go there again.
I would never recommend this place to any of my friends. The water was super unfriendly and the food looked and tasted very bad.
Since many years me and my family are Taco's frecuent customers. We love mexican food and here is really a pleasure to enjoy the variety in their menu. Service and attention is fantastic. Really worth it to try. 1A
